Click-N-Grow Agroventures Private Limited

We are tucked away in Flat No. C-2 at the Matoshri Apartment building. It’s right there in Sane Gurujinagar, Khadki, which is part of Akola. It’s a bit different running an agro business from an apartment, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time on our phones and looking at papers spread out on the kitchen table. The area around here is always busy with people coming and going. We started this because we saw how much trouble farmers were having getting their stuff moved and sold. Being in Akola gives us a decent central spot to coordinate things. It’s not all dirt and tractors here; there’s a lot of coordination and talking to people on the other side of the district. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out, like everyone else in the neighborhood. We aren’t some huge firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team trying to make sense of the market. We use the space we have and try not to get in the neighbors' way too much. People sometimes wonder what an agro company is doing in an apartment block, but we find it keeps us close to the city links we need. It’s practical work and we try to keep things as straightforward as possible for everyone involved.
