Vassumal Property Dealers is located at Plot Number-C-14 in Vaishali Nagar. Being right near the Bank of Baroda helps a lot because everyone knows where that is. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while now, watching the neighborhood change and grow. The office is a bit small but it fits everything we need to run things properly. There’s always someone coming in to ask about a rental or a sale, and we do our best to keep track of it all in our ledgers. Vaishali Nagar is a busy area, so there is always noise from the street, but you get used to it after a week or two. We like being near the bank because it’s a central point for the community. Most of our day is spent on the phone or walking over to different properties to check on things. We don't use any of those high-tech systems; we prefer writing things down and keeping it simple. It feels more real that way. Sometimes we sit out front when the weather is decent and chat with the shopkeepers nearby. It’s a tight-knit group of people on this block. We handle a lot of different requests, and no two days ever really look the same. We just keep the door open at C-14 and wait to see who needs help next with their property stuff. It’s a honest living and we enjoy being part of the local scene here.
