You can find us right opposite Prabhat Talkies. It’s a very famous spot and everyone in the area knows where the cinema is. Being across from the talkies means our street is always buzzing with people, especially when a new movie comes out. There is a lot of noise from the crowds and the vehicles, but it keeps things interesting. Our office is a small, simple room. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights. Inside, it’s just the basics: a couple of desks, some plastic chairs, and a ceiling fan that squeaks a little bit. We’ve been here for quite some time now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change around us. Despite all the changes, our routine stays mostly the same. We open up in the morning, check our messages, and start on the paperwork. We don't have a polished website or a corporate headquarters. This little shop is all we need to handle our property business. It gets a bit cramped when more than three people are inside, but we make it work. Sometimes we stand out front just to watch the people going into the theater. It’s a very local way of doing things, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just do the work that comes our way and try to keep things simple and honest for everyone involved in the deals.
