We are located in Shop No. 2 at Smriti Bhawan on Pushkar Road. It’s the Jograj Goyal building, right there in Ajmer. Being on Pushkar Road means we see a lot of travelers and locals passing by every single day. Shriyan Realtors Llp is a small team. We don’t have a massive staff or a huge lobby. It’s just a shop where we handle our business. The walls are a bit plain, but they serve the purpose. We spend a lot of time drinking chai and talking about the local market. Ajmer is a place where everyone kind of knows everyone else, so we try to keep things friendly. We don't have a PR person to write our stuff, so what you see is basically what you get. Some days are really busy with people coming in to check on land prices, and other days we just sit and catch up on paperwork. The building itself is older, but it’s sturdy and keeps the sun out. We have a few ledgers and a computer that we use for the main stuff. We don’t go in for big advertisements or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just walking past the shop. It’s a practical way to run a business. We focus on being here when people need us and making sure the information we give out is correct.
