We are based at 1299/6 in Mundri Mohalla, which is in the Shanti Nagar area. It is a residential neighborhood, so it stays fairly quiet except for the usual daily commute. Our office is just a small room in the building where we keep our property records. We have been here for many years. We mostly focus on the houses and apartments right here in Mundri Mohalla and the rest of Shanti Nagar. People often come to us because they already live nearby and want to move to a bigger place or find a rental for a relative. We don't do much marketing or use any corporate language. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors. We know which houses are good and which ones have been sitting empty for a while. Our setup is very basic, just a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. We aren't trying to be the biggest property dealers in the city. We just like working in our own local area.
