Shivam Mobile & EIC

Our shop, Shivam Mobile & EIC, is right on Station Road near the Sabzi Mandi. If you know the area, you know it is always crowded and noisy with the vegetable sellers and the people coming from the trains. There is a constant sound of whistles and people shouting prices for tomatoes or potatoes just outside our door. It makes the day go by fast, even if it is a bit chaotic. We have a lot of people dropping in while they are doing their grocery shopping. They might have a phone that stopped charging or they need a cheap cover to protect against drops. We do a lot of recharges and small repairs right there at the front desk. The floor is made of old tile and it’s hard to keep it perfectly clean with all the mud people bring in from the market when it rains. We have a small workbench in the back with a magnifying lamp where we do the soldering and the tricky stuff. Sometimes we run out of a specific battery and have to tell someone to come back the next day. It is just a practical place for people who are already in the market area. We don’t have fancy lights or soft music, just the sound of the market and the work we have in front of us. It is a busy life here by the station.
