Aadinath Telecom

Aadinath Telecom is located in the Ghee Mandi area of Naya Bazar. This part of the city is famous for being crowded and full of life. Our shop is quite small, which is common for businesses in this part of the bazaar. We deal with mobile phones, chargers, and all sorts of little accessories that people need for their devices. The walls are covered in hanging packages of cables and screen protectors. Most of the day, we are standing behind the counter talking to people who have issues with their phones or are looking for a new one. The noise from the Ghee Mandi is constant, with rickshaws and carts moving through the narrow streets just outside our door. It gets very hot in the afternoons, so we keep a small table fan behind the counter to stay cool. We don't have any corporate training or polished sales pitches. We just talk to people like neighbors and try to fix what is broken. Sometimes we have to send a phone out for repair if we can't do it right there. We keep a few stools for customers to sit on while they wait for their SIM cards to activate. It is a simple life in a busy market and we have been part of this street for quite a while now. We just keep our heads down and do our work until it’s time to close the shutters.
