Rhythm Mobiles

I have been working here at this shop on Kutcheri Road for a long time now. The police line is just right there at the chouhara, so there is always something going on outside the window with the traffic and people moving about. Rhythm Mobiles isn't a very big place, just a small counter and some wooden shelves with boxes on them. Most days start the same way, unlocking the heavy metal shutter and sweeping the dust away from the doorstep before the sun gets too high. People come in throughout the day because their screen cracked or the battery just won't hold a charge like it used to. It can get pretty cramped when three or four people are standing inside at once, especially if they have kids with them. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the back room gets a bit messy with all the old spare parts and tools lying around. It is not like those fancy stores in the big malls where everything is shiny and white. Here, we just have a couple of fans going to keep the heat down and a small radio playing in the corner. If you walk past the Chouhara, you will see our sign. It has been there through a lot of rainy seasons now. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait for the system to load, but that is just how it goes. We know most of the people who walk by every morning.
