You can find Chetan Watch House & Mobiles over at St Johns Market 1 S in Kesarganj. We have been in this spot for a while, and the market hasn't changed much over the years. It is a busy corner of the city, and the shop is usually filled with the sound of people talking and the clicking of small tools. We do a bit of everything here, from changing out watch batteries to fixing broken phone ports. There are drawers filled with thousands of tiny screws and spare parts that only we know how to navigate. Sometimes it takes a bit of time to find exactly what we need for a specific repair. The shop isn't very wide, so we have to be careful not to bump into each other when we are moving around. We have some stools for customers, but most people just lean against the counter while they wait for us to finish. We see a lot of regulars who just stop by to say hello or to ask for the time while they are walking through St Johns Market. It’s a good community feel here. We don't use any fancy computer systems for our records, mostly just a handwritten notebook where we keep track of what needs to be done. It’s an old-fashioned way of doing things, but it works for us and the people who come to see us.
