Shree Enterprises

Shree Enterprises is over in Naya Bazar, specifically at Ganesh Chowk in the Patli Katia area. If you know Naya Bazar, you know how narrow and winding the lanes can be. Our shop is right in the middle of all that. It’s a very traditional market area where everyone knows everyone else. We have a small space filled with various goods and supplies that we sell to the local people. The mornings are usually spent moving stock around and making sure we can actually reach everything on the high shelves. Ganesh Chowk is always full of people, especially during festival times when the whole area gets decorated. It is loud and busy, with vendors calling out and bells ringing from the nearby temples. We don't have a big sign or any bright lights to attract people. Most folks find us because they’ve been coming here for years or someone told them where we are. The building is quite old and the wooden counters have been worn smooth from use. We don't have a computer system for everything, a lot of it is still done with a pen and a ledger. It is just the way we like to operate. We focus on getting through the daily tasks and helping the customers who squeeze into our shop. It is a tight fit, but it has been our home for a long time.
