Saroj Cell Phone Store is located at number 41 on Daulat Bagh Main Road. Being on the main road means we see a lot of traffic and people walking past all day long. It is a small shop where we focus on the basic things people need for their mobile phones, like screen protectors, chargers, and inexpensive earphones. We also spend a lot of time helping people with their SIM cards or showing them how to use a new feature on their device. The walls are lined with different phone cases, though some of them have been there a while and the packaging is starting to fade. It is a simple setup with a glass counter and a couple of stools for people to sit on while they wait for a repair or a recharge to go through. Daulat Bagh is a busy area, and the noise from the street is always there in the background. Sometimes we sell second-hand phones that we have fixed up, and that takes up a bit of our time. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know a bit about electronics. It is a straightforward business where we just try to solve the small problems people have with their tech.
