S N Real Estate is located right in Naya Bazar. It’s an old part of the city with a lot of history and very narrow streets to navigate. Working here means you get to know almost everyone, from the tea stall owners to the old traders who have been here forever. We’ve been handling property matters in this specific area for quite some time now. It’s not like the new parts of town with all the glass buildings and wide roads. Everything here is a bit more lived-in and sometimes quite complicated. We deal with old structures, small shops, and houses that have stayed in the same families for many generations. It takes a lot of patience to sort through who actually owns what and where the property lines are. I spend a lot of my time just walking around and talking to people on the street to find out if anything is coming up for sale. We don't have a big, fancy office; it’s just a small space where we keep our old files and meet with clients. It can get pretty cramped when a whole family comes in to discuss a property sale together. We don't use much technology, mostly just word of mouth and some basic handwritten listings. It’s a very personal way of doing business. You have to be honest here because news travels fast in Naya Bazar.
