R S Mobiles

R S Mobiles is our little shop over in Kesarganj, specifically in Krishanvan, Prem Nagar 7. It’s not a very big place, mostly just a counter and some glass cases filled with phones and chargers. We spend a lot of our time fixing screens or trying to figure out why someone’s battery isn't holding a charge anymore. It gets pretty cramped in here when three or four people are waiting at once. We’ve got cables hanging everywhere and boxes of spare parts stacked in the corners. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. The neighborhood in Prem Nagar is mostly quiet, but our shop stays busy with people dropping off their devices. We don’t have any fancy diagnostic machines. We just use our tools and what we’ve learned over the years. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we thought, and we just tell the customer to come back tomorrow. We aren't a big chain store with those bright lights and matching shirts. It’s just us in our regular clothes, working under a couple of tube lights. We like talking to the customers while we work. You hear a lot of stories about how people dropped their phones or got them wet. We don't promise miracles, we just try to get the phones working again so people can get back to their lives. If you need a new cover or a screen guard, we usually have a few options sitting around.
