Prem Sagar Watch & Mobile

Prem Sagar Watch & Mobile is at Station Road 54. We handle two different things here, watches and mobile phones. On one side of the shop, we have the old watch tools for changing batteries and fixing straps. On the other side, we deal with mobile phone recharges and accessories. Station Road is always full of travelers coming and going from the trains, so we see a lot of new faces every day. People are usually in a hurry to catch a ride. We have a lot of different watch brands in the display cases, some are quite old and have been sitting there for a while. The ticking sound of all the clocks can be quite loud when the shop is empty. We also sell those glass protectors for phone screens and various types of chargers. The shop isn't very wide, so it can feel a bit cramped when three or four people are inside at once. We’ve been here at number 54 for many years. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun, but everyone knows it's us. We don't use any fancy computer systems for our sales, just a simple paper receipt book. It’s a steady kind of life, watching the commuters pass by the window while we work on a tiny watch spring or a cracked phone case. Sometimes we talk about the old days when everyone only had watches and not phones. The world changes but our little shop stays pretty much the same year after year.
