Nakoda Mobile Plus

Being located right at Agra Gate means there is never a quiet moment. Nakoda Mobile Plus sits in a spot where the traffic is always moving, and you can hear the horns honking from morning until night. I open up the shop early because that's when the first group of people starts walking to their jobs. The shop has a big glass front that lets in a lot of light, which is nice, but it also shows all the fingerprints that need wiping every hour. We have a lot of different screen guards and back covers hanging on the walls. I try to keep them organized by brand, but they always end up getting mixed up by the end of the day. The "Plus" in our name is there because we ended up selling more than just phones, like some small electronics and batteries. The floor is made of old tiles that have seen better days. I spend a lot of time sitting behind the main counter near the entrance. Sometimes the heat from the street comes in, so we keep the door halfway shut. There is a guy who sells snacks just across the road, and the smell of frying dough often drifts in during the evenings. It’s a busy life here, and there is always something to do, whether it’s fixing a broken screen or just talking to someone who stopped in to get out of the sun for a few minutes while they wait for a bus.
