Micromax Service Center

Our shop, the Micromax Service Center, is located at Shop No-30 on Station Road. Being near the station means there is always a crowd outside and plenty of dust. We spend a lot of time cleaning the glass counters because of it. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves with spare parts and boxes of phones waiting to be picked up. We handle the warranty claims and the out-of-warranty repairs for folks who dropped their devices. It can be stressful when someone is in a rush to get their phone back because they need it for work. We try to be quick, but sometimes the parts take a few days to arrive by courier. The shop is small, so if three people are waiting, it feels full. We have a bench for customers to sit on, though most people just stand and watch us work. My hands are usually stained with a bit of adhesive or dust from the internal components. Station Road is always loud, so we have to speak up when talking to customers. It’s a straightforward business. We take the broken item, give a receipt, and try to fix it. We’ve seen every kind of cracked screen you can imagine. It’s just what we do here in this little corner of the market. Sometimes the trains are so loud you can't hear anything for a minute, so we just wait.
