Jindran Engineering Works

Jindran Engineering Works is based out of Kishangarh Madanganj. It’s a straightforward kind of place where we do a lot of the heavy lifting. The shop floor is usually pretty busy and there is always some kind of noise from the machines. We’ve been here in Madanganj for a long time, and the locals know us as a regular fixture of the area. We don't have a fancy front office with air conditioning and soft chairs. It’s more about the grease and the metal. We do engineering work, so it’s naturally a bit messy and loud. That’s just the way it is. We start early when the air is still a bit cool and keep at it until the sun goes down. Most of the guys who work here live nearby. We talk about the weather and the local news while we work. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in suits. We wear work clothes that get dirty. Being in Kishangarh gives us enough space to handle the bigger projects. We don’t spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of the real work happens out on the floor. It’s a simple way of living and working. We take things as they come and try to get the jobs done right without overcomplicating things. It’s just how we operate. We've kept it this way since the start because it works for the team.
