We are located right opposite the Dharmkanta on Foy Sagar Road. It’s a busy stretch of road and we’ve been here for a good while. Our shop is a mix of engineering work and trading parts. We have a lot of random items sitting on shelves—everything from heavy valves to small gaskets. It’s not the neatest place you’ll ever see, but we have what people need. My cousin and I run the place mostly. We spend our mornings checking the stock and the afternoons working on whatever repair jobs came in. Sometimes the heat in the shop gets pretty bad, so we keep a big fan going near the workbench. We don't have a website or anything like that. People usually just stop their trucks or bikes outside and come in to ask if we have a specific part in stock. If we don’t have it, we can usually get it in a few days. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make a living by helping other people fix their equipment. It’s dusty and loud here because of the traffic outside and the machines inside, but it’s our space. We know most of the people who walk through the door by their first names. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just sell parts and fix things when they break. It’s a simple way to spend a day and it keeps the lights on.
