Ajmer Engineering & Machine Tools

We’ve got our shop at No.G-96 and 97 in the Riico Industrial Area, out in the Makhupura Extension. If you’ve been to Ajmer, you know the industrial side of town is where the real work happens. We handle engineering and machine tools. It’s the kind of place where your clothes get stained with oil and there’s always a bit of metal shavings on the floor, no matter how much you sweep. We sell and service tools that other shops use to make their own products. It’s a bit of a niche, but we like it. The sun hits the metal roof in the afternoon and it gets quite warm inside, but we’ve got fans going. We aren’t really interested in being some high-tech flashy company. We just want the machines to work right. A lot of our customers have been coming to us for years because they know we’re always here at the same spot. We keep a good stock of parts because nobody likes waiting for a tool when their own production is stopped. There is a small desk in the corner where we handle the bills, but mostly we are out by the crates or the machines. It’s a steady life. We open up early, do the work, and close when the sun goes down, hoping everything we sold works as it should.
