India Properties Bazaar

India Properties Bazaar is located in Naya Bazar, right near Luxmi Sweets. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets, especially near the sweet shop. The smell of frying snacks usually drifts over to us in the afternoons. Our spot in Naya Bazar is quite simple. We have a few chairs and a table where we keep all our listings and papers. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a room where we talk to people about what they need. Being near Luxmi Sweets is actually quite helpful because everyone knows where that is. We spend most of our time answering the phone or writing down notes on pads of paper. We don't have a big website or a bunch of slogans. We just try to be helpful to whoever walks in. Naya Bazar has a lot of energy, and we’ve been part of it for a while. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded inside when a family comes in, but we make do. We don’t overcomplicate things. We just stay here, keep the records straight, and wait for the next person to come through the door. It’s a local way of doing things, and it works for us. India Properties Bazaar is just a small part of the life here in the bazaar. We’re usually here from morning until the market starts to quiet down in the evening.
