Hema Telecom & Provision Store is located on Station Road, right in the Sadar Bazar area of Sarwar. We decided to combine two things people always need: phone services and groceries. So, you can come here to top up your mobile balance or pick up a bag of rice. Being on Station Road means we see a lot of travelers and people coming from the railway station. It is a very lively part of Sarwar. The shop is usually buzzing with activity. One side has the phone recharge area and the other is filled with household goods. It gets a bit hectic trying to manage both at the same time, but we manage. I've been working here for several years now. Sadar Bazar is the main hub, so there's always something happening outside our door. We don't have a fancy interior; it's just practical. There are wires and phone cards on one wall and snacks and soap on the other. Sometimes the power goes out, which makes the telecom side a bit tricky, but we have a small backup for the essentials. We know the regular commuters who stop by every morning. We don't do any big promotions or ads. Word of mouth is how most people find us in Sarwar. It's a busy life, balancing two different types of needs, but it keeps the day interesting. We just focus on helping whoever walks through the door, whether they need a SIM card or some dal.
