Banwari Devi Music Centre is situated right at Balwanta Chouraha in Nasirabad. It’s a spot where the roads meet, so there is always a lot of activity. We deal with music in different ways, mostly selling speakers, small audio players, and cables. Sometimes people come in looking for specific recordings or just want to hear something loud to test a system. The shop is filled with the sound of different songs playing as people try out the gear. The area around Nasirabad is quite traditional, and we get people from the surrounding villages coming in on market days. They usually want something sturdy that will last a long time. We do our best to explain how the buttons work. The floor is concrete and the walls are a bit bare, but we let the products do the talking.
