Balaji Communications

We are Balaji Communications, and you can find us right on Ramganj Road near the Police Chowki in Ajmer New Colony. Being so close to the chowki makes it very easy for people to find our location. The shop has been here for years, and we have seen the whole New Colony area change quite a bit over time. We started out very small, just selling a few recharges and some basic wired headsets. Now, we do a lot more hardware repairs because everyone seems to break their screen at least once. We have a small workbench in the back where we do most of the soldering and glass replacements. It is a busy road outside, so there is always the noise of cars and buses. We get many people coming in while they are waiting for their transport or just passing by on their way home after work. We try to keep the shop organized, but when it gets busy, there are phones and spare parts everywhere on the counter. That is just how the business goes. We do not have any fancy marketing or big posters. Most people come to us because their neighbor or friend told them we did a decent job on their phone. It is a local business run by local people. We know the rhythm of Ramganj Road, when it will be packed and when it will be quiet.
