Atishay Electronics & Mobiles

Atishay Electronics & Mobiles is tucked away on Kabir Marg in Kesarganj. It is a bit of a narrow street so parking can be a real headache for our customers. Inside the shop we have a mix of things like small televisions, mobile phones, and even some radios. I like the old radios but they don't sell as much these days. Most people want the latest touch screen phones now. We have shelves that are a bit lopsided because we put too many heavy boxes on them years ago. We never got around to fixing them but they hold up okay for now. The floor is covered in old linoleum that is peeling at the edges. It gives the place a bit of character. We don't have any sales staff in uniforms. It is just me and sometimes my nephew when he is not busy with his college work. We drink a lot of tea while we talk to people about which phone has the better camera. We try to be honest about what is good and what is just a waste of money. The market here is very traditional and we like the feeling of being part of the neighborhood. If you need a cable or a battery for an old device we might have it in the junk drawer at the back. It is a bit messy but we usually find what is needed. We are just here to do our work and go home.
