Vinay Masala Mart

Vinay Masala Mart is located on Gandhinagar Road over in Sector-27. We are right near the Dfc Office, which is a helpful landmark for anyone trying to find our plot, number 766. Inside the building, the air always smells strongly like ground turmeric, coriander, and chili powder. It can get quite intense in the afternoons, but you get used to it after a few days of working here. We spend most of our time filling up packets and talking to the folks who drop in from around the neighborhood. The road outside is usually busy with people commuting to work or going about their business. We opened this place because we knew people in Gandhinagar needed a regular spot for their basic kitchen spices. It is a simple setup with metal shelves and some storage space in the back. We try to keep things tidy, but with bags of spices moving in and out, there is always a bit of dust on the floor. It is a local business through and through. We do not have a big team, just a couple of us doing the daily tasks like weighing and sealing. Sometimes we sit outside on plastic chairs when the shop gets quiet. The Dfc Office brings some extra foot traffic our way during the lunch hours. We do not do much advertising, just word of mouth from people living here in Sector-27. It is just a regular mart.
