Our place is over at Plot No. 1103/4/5/1 in Phase-3 of the GIDC. If you're looking for us, we’re right near the big water tank, which is a good landmark because the roads here can get a bit confusing. Since we handle food products, we have to keep things pretty clean, which takes up a lot of our time. It’s a busy environment with people in hairnets and gloves moving around constantly. We have a few different sections for processing and then the packing area. The smell of whatever we are making that day usually drifts out into the street. It’s a lot of hard work, especially when we have big orders to finish by the weekend. We have a few vans that come in and out all day for deliveries. The office part is just a couple of desks shoved into the front room where we take calls and handle the bills. It gets pretty loud with the machines and the cooling fans running all the time. We’ve been in this part of GIDC for a while now. Most of our workers have been here since the start, so they know exactly what to do. The GIDC roads have a few potholes that get filled with water when it pours, making it a bit of a mess for the delivery bikes. We have a small area near the entrance where we keep our boots. We change into them every time we enter the processing zone.
