We are located at F/7 Balaji Gold, which is near the Government Tubewell in Bopal. This part of Ahmedabad has grown a lot lately. Our place is in a commercial building that has all sorts of shops. It’s a pretty basic setup inside. We have some tables and chairs and the kitchen area where everything happens. It’s often quite busy because of the location near the tubewell. We don't have a massive team, just a few of us who have been here since we opened this branch. The floors get cleaned a lot but with so many people coming in, it’s hard to keep it perfect. We just try to keep things moving. We aren't managers in suits; we're usually behind the counter or in the back. The parking outside can be a bit of a mess during the evenings, but that’s Bopal for you. We’ve got a small storage area that’s always packed with supplies. It’s not a huge space, but we use every inch of it. We don't spend money on fancy decor, we just keep the lights on and the food ready. People from the nearby apartments come in quite often. It’s just a regular neighborhood spot. We work our shifts and go home. There’s nothing too complicated about how we run things here in Gujarat. Most of us live nearby so the commute is not too bad for us.
