Vardan Engineering

Vardan Engineering is tucked away in Hariom Estate, right near Plot No. 2206. If you know the Vatva G.I.D.C. area, you know it’s mostly just rows of industrial units and factories. We are right by NK Pharma, so that’s usually how people find us in Phase-4. The air always smells a bit like grease and cooling fluid from the lathes. We have a few machines that have been with us since we started, and they still run better than the new ones sometimes. Working in an industrial estate means there is always a lot of clanging and banging going on around you. It’s hard to keep the floors clean when you’re dealing with metal shavings all day. We mostly spend our time on specific parts that people order. It’s repetitive work, but you have to pay attention or you’ll ruin a piece of steel. The office is just a small corner partitioned off with some glass that’s gotten a bit foggy over the years. We eat our lunch there together when it gets too hot out on the shop floor. Vatva can be a dusty place, especially with all the construction and trucks moving around. We don’t have a website or anything like that. People just call or drop by the estate. It’s a simple setup, but it’s been working for us for a long time now. We just keep our tools sharp and the floor swept.
