Ultratech Cement Ltd(In Pay Roll Of Shree-Da Management

This is the team in Ahmedabad over in Krishnanagar. We are specifically located at B/171 Part 9 in Mahaveer Smruti, which is part of the Prashwanath Township. It’s a large residential area and we operate right out of here. Even though we are with Ultratech, we are actually on the payroll of Shree-Da Management. It’s a bit of a different setup, but the work is the same. The pin code for us is 382346. Living and working in Gujarat means we deal with a lot of heat and a lot of dust, but that’s just the cement business for you. Our office isn't some high-rise in the city center. It’s a township office where we handle the local logistics and staffing needs. Most of us live right here or nearby, so it’s a short walk to get to work. We spend our time managing the crew and making sure everything runs smoothly for the company. We don’t have any marketing people telling us what to say. We just do our jobs and try to stay organized. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up or the schedules change at the last minute, but we just figure it out. It’s a very human way of doing things, no corporate scripts or polished speeches. We are just part of the Krishnanagar community, doing our bit to keep the construction industry moving forward one day at a time. It's honest work.
