Down at Mig-11 in the Housing Board Colony, things move at their own pace. This is where we handle things for Ultratech Cement Ltd-Gujrat, even though the mail says Katni in Madhya Pradesh. It is a residential kind of area, so it doesn't feel like a giant factory site right here. You walk down the street and see the usual houses and then you find our spot. The Aditya Birla Group has its name on things, but inside it’s just a normal office setup. We have been in Katni for a good bit now. The housing board area is easy to find if you know the local landmarks. It gets a bit crowded in the afternoons when people are coming home from their own jobs. Sometimes the neighbors stop by just to say hello or ask a quick question about stuff. We don't have those big glass buildings you see in the city. It’s more of a practical place to get the paperwork done and talk to people. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint one of these days, but it works for what we need. Dealing with cement business from a colony address is a bit different, but it keeps us close to the people living here. We just go about our business every day, filing things and taking phone calls. It’s a steady rhythm that we’ve gotten used to. Most folks around here know us as the cement people from Mig-11.
