Ultratech Cement Company Limited

Our setup is located at Block No. C9/1 in the Officer’S Quarter area of Narmada Colony. This is out in Jafarabad, which is part of the Amreli district in Gujarat. It’s a quiet place to work, mostly surrounded by other people involved with the cement works, so everyone knows the business. We use this space to manage the local operations for Ultratech Cement Company Limited. It’s not a shopfront or a showroom where customers walk in off the street; it’s more of an administrative spot where the real work of tracking shipments happens. We’ve been in this quarter for quite some time, and it serves its purpose well enough for what we need. The rooms are filled with files, ledgers, and a few old computers that have seen better days but still work fine. We don’t really do fancy here. Our main concern is making sure the cement bags are moving from the plant to the customers without too many hiccups or delays. In this part of Gujarat, the wind can get quite strong and the dust is a constant companion, but we don't mind it much anymore after all these years. It’s just part of the atmosphere when you’re in the cement business. Most of us have been working here for a long time, so we know the routine inside out. We just get on with the tasks at hand, making sure the drivers have their papers and the stock levels are right in the books. It’s simple, steady work in a part of the country we know well.
