TRANSAD TEXTILE LLP

Transad Textile LLP is over at 134/3/10, Nirman House. We are right opposite the Adhwat Ashram and near the Times of India building in Ahmedabad City. It’s a well-known part of town, which makes it easy for people to find us. The building, Nirman House, is a bit older, but it serves us well. Our office is a simple place where we manage all the textile trading and export work. We’ve got a couple of desks and a small area for samples. It’s not a polished showroom by any means. We spend most of our time on the phone or tracking shipments. The area around the ashram is usually quite busy with traffic, but it’s a good central location for us. We like the fact that we’re near the newspaper office because it makes for a good landmark. Most of us have been working together here for a while, so we have a good routine. We don’t use any fancy management software or anything like that; it’s mostly just spreadsheets and handwritten notes. It’s a bit old school, but it works for us. We don’t have any big mission statements on the walls. We just come in, do the work, and go home. Being in this part of Gujarat means we are close to everything we need. It’s just a regular office run by people who know the textile trade inside out.
