Over in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, you will find Super House Ltd. located at the Indo German Tool Room, specifically at 5003 in Phase-IV of Vatva-GIDC. Being in an industrial estate like Vatva means we are surrounded by factories and workshops of all kinds. It is a very busy area with trucks moving in and out all day long. Our space is functional and built for work, not for looking pretty. There is a lot of dust from the road and the constant hum of nearby machinery. We get started early to beat the Gujarat heat, though it usually catches up with us by noon. The office part is just a small section where we keep the computers and files. Most of the action happens in the work areas. We have been at this GIDC location for a while, so we know the local chai wallahs and the other business owners nearby. It is a tough, industrial environment but we like the pace of it. We don't have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine that makes lattes; we just have a water cooler and some plastic chairs. It’s about getting the job done right and keeping the operations moving. People here work hard and we don't feel the need to use big corporate words to describe a simple day of labor. We just focus on the tools and the tasks assigned to us each morning and go from there.
