Spicy Touch is located right across from the Rajpath Club on S.G Highway. We are in the Sarthik-II building, rooms 402 and 403. It's a busy spot, and the traffic outside never really stops. We deal with food and spices, which means the office usually smells pretty good. We aren't some massive factory; we are more of a regional operation. Most people who work here live nearby. We spend our mornings checking the latest batches of spices that come in. Sometimes the colors aren't quite right or the scent is off, so we have to stay on top of it. It’s a lot of manual checking and phone calls to farmers. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on what’s in the bags. The kitchen area is where most of the tasting happens. It's a bit messy sometimes with jars everywhere. We’ve had a few spills over the years that left the floor smelling like cumin for a week. The S.G Highway is convenient for deliveries, even if the road gets blocked during rush hour. We just do our bit and hope the flavors are what people expect. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from packing to talking to customers. We just keep going, day after day, trying to get the right blend for the local shops.
