Spice Chanda

Started the shop at Ghatlodia a few years back. We're pretty close to Kalasagar Shopping Mall, so people usually find us easily when they are out shopping or running errands in Satadhar. It is just a small place where we handle our spice business. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. Most of our day goes into checking the stock and making sure everything is ready for the customers who stop by. Being in this part of town is okay because it stays busy throughout the afternoon. We try to keep things quiet and just do our job. Sometimes the traffic near the mall gets a bit much, but that’s how it is here. We have a few regulars from the neighborhood who come in. It’s not a huge operation, just us and the bags of spices. We mostly deal with the common stuff people use in their kitchens every day. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us working here. Sometimes we get behind on things, especially when a lot of people show up at once. But we manage to get through the day somehow. It’s a simple setup near the road. We just want to keep working and providing what the local people need for their cooking. There isn't much more to it than that. We are just a local spot in Ghatlodia and we like it that way.
