We have our office in the Shivalik Corporate Park, specifically in room A-301. It’s tucked behind the IOC petrol pump on the 132 Feet Ring Road in the Satellite area. This place is always bustling with people and cars. Our office is where we handle the administrative side of things for the cooling systems and air conditioners we deal with. It is a standard office setup with desks, computers, and a lot of telephones that never seem to stop ringing. We are not a shop where you buy things off the shelf; it is more of a hub for coordinating service and repairs. The building has an elevator that is sometimes a bit slow, so we often just take the stairs. Parking can be a real headache around here, especially in the middle of the day. Inside, we have a small area where we keep our files and a little corner for making tea. The staff is busy scheduling technicians to go out to different parts of the city. We’ve been in this corporate park for some time, and it’s a good location for us to reach our customers. It isn't a fancy place with expensive furniture. It’s just a functional office where we get through our daily tasks. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at schedules to make sure everyone is where they need to be.
