Saara Spices

Saara Spices is located at unit number 210 in the Onex-2 building. We are right near the Paldi Cross Road in the Paldi area of Ahmedabad. It’s a good location because it’s easy to get to, though the traffic at the crossroad can be a nightmare during rush hour. Our office isn't very big, but it’s where we handle all the spice trading and paperwork. We deal with a lot of different types of spices, and you can usually smell them as soon as you step out of the elevator. The space is filled with bags and samples that we are constantly checking for quality. We don't use any fancy software or systems; a lot of our notes are still written down in big registers. It’s just the way we have always done things. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock sitting around, but we make it work. The building itself is relatively modern, but our internal setup is very basic and practical. We spend our days coordinating with farmers and wholesalers to get the batches we need. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication and sometimes things don't go according to plan, like a shipment getting delayed or the prices changing suddenly. We just stay patient and deal with the issues as they come up. There’s no big mystery to how we operate, just daily hard work and keeping track of the market.
