Our address is No.- 2447/B, right opposite the New Fruit Market in Kotani Rang, Kalupur. Being in Kalupur means it is always noisy and there is always something going on outside our door. R.R. Chanawala Pvt. Ltd. is basically a family-run kind of place even though we have the private limited name. We have been here for years, dealing with chanawala items and snacks. Across from us, the fruit market is always a mess of colors and smells, which we have gotten used to. Our building is old and has a lot of character, but it serves us well for storing what we need. We don't have a big fancy showroom. It's mostly just space for the goods and a small desk where we do the accounts. The streets around Kotani Rang are narrow, so getting things in and out can be a bit of a struggle sometimes. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the quality is what it should be. We don't go around making big claims about being the biggest or anything. We just like what we do and we know the people in the market well. It is a very traditional way of doing business, face to face and with a lot of handshakes. That is how we have always done it and it works for us. That is the long and short of it.
