Nirali Spices

Nirali Spices is right in the heart of the old city, at 2252/1 Mahurat Pole in Manekchowk. We are situated directly opposite the Old Stock Exchange building. If you have ever been to Manekchowk, you know how crowded and narrow the lanes are. Our place is part of that history, tucked into one of the traditional poles. It is a very old building with thick walls and small windows. The smell of spices is everywhere here, it practically lives in the walls. We have been working out of this spot for a long time, and we wouldn't want to be anywhere else. The energy in Mahurat Pole is something else, especially in the mornings when the market is just waking up. It can be a struggle to get deliveries in and out because the streets are so thin, but we manage with small carts. We don't have any of those modern management systems; we just do things the way they’ve always been done. People come to us because they know where to find us, right across from the old exchange. It’s a busy, dusty, and loud place, but it is home to us. We spend our days measuring and packing, talking to the locals, and watching the world go by outside our door. It is a simple life in a very old part of town. We just keep doing what we know best.
