Malibu Tech is located over on the second floor of Navdeep House. If you know Ashram Road, you know it’s always packed with people and cars, so getting to the office in the morning is usually a bit of a struggle. We’ve been in this building for a bit now. It’s a standard office setup with a bunch of desks, tangled cables under the feet, and the constant hum of the air conditioner trying to keep up with the heat outside. We do a lot of technical work, mostly sitting in front of screens for eight or nine hours a day. It’s not exactly glamorous stuff, just a lot of coding, fixing bugs that shouldn’t be there, and talking about projects that seem to take forever. We have a small kitchen area where the microwave always smells like someone’s lunch, and the coffee is okay if you don't mind it being a bit weak. Most of the team has been here for a while, so we all know each other’s habits. We don't really have big meetings with fancy presentations; we usually just shout across the room when something needs to be done. It’s a practical place. We focus on getting the work finished so we can beat the evening traffic on the way home. It's just a regular group of people doing tech work in a busy part of the city, trying to keep things running smoothly.
