We are right near the Times of India building, so that’s a landmark everyone knows. The office is in an older building that has a lot of character. We have some air conditioning units and cooling parts scattered around the room. It’s not a very large space, but we make it work. Ashram Road is always packed with traffic, so we hear the honking and the buses all day long. It is a good place to be because we are central to everything. We don't have a fancy website or a big team of sales people. Most of our work comes from people knowing where we are and what we do with cold storage and cooling systems. The desks are a bit cluttered with manuals and spare parts. Sometimes we have to move boxes just to find a place to sit and have a cup of tea. It is a very grounded workplace. We don't use big words or try to act like we are bigger than we are. We just take the calls as they come and try to sort out the problems.
