M. B. K. Textile Engineers Private Limited

Our workshop is located at No. 426 in the G.I.D.C. Odhav area. If you are looking for us, we are right near the Telephone Exchange. It’s a noisy part of town because there are so many factories around here. We do a lot of engineering work specifically for textile machines. The floor is usually covered in some kind of metal shavings or oil because we are always fixing things. We have a few big machines that take up most of the space. It gets really hot in the afternoons, especially in the summer months. We usually leave the big front doors open to get some air moving. People from the other units often stop by to borrow a tool or just to say hello. It is a tight-knit community here in Odhav. We have been at this address for quite some time. The telephone exchange is a good landmark for people who haven't visited us before. Most of our day is spent looking at blueprints or welding parts together. We don't spend much money on decorating. The walls are just plain and have some old calendars hanging on them. We have a small desk in the corner where we keep the ledger. It’s a busy life but we like the work. There is always something that needs to be repaired or designed for the mills. We just do our job and go home when the shift is over.
