P. C. R. Textile Engineering Industries

We are over in the Rangshala Compound, specifically in the Panchal Block. If you know Bapunagar, we're right near the old Gujarat Oil Engine area. It gets pretty noisy around here with all the work going on, but that is just how it is in this part of Ahmedabad. P. C. R. Textile Engineering Industries has been operating out of this spot for quite some time now; it’s been there forever, I think. We handle a lot of the mechanical side of things for the textile mills and factories around here. It is mostly iron, steel, and a lot of grease on most days. Our shop isn't fancy or anything, just a practical space where we get things done. People usually find us by looking for the landmark nearby since the compound is a bit crowded with different sheds and small units. The weather gets hot in the summer, making the workshop feel like an oven, but the work doesn't stop. We spend our days looking at drawings, fixing parts, and making sure the machines for the local industry keep turning. It is a local business, through and through. Nothing corporate about how we run things. We just show up, do the engineering work needed for the textile sector, and head home. If you are walking through the compound, you will likely hear the sound of metal being worked on before you actually see our door. It is a simple life and a simple business right here in the heart of the industrial belt.
