Indian Textile Engineers

This branch of Indian Textile Engineers is situated at Plot F/1 267, right off National Highway No 8 in the Vatva GIDC. We’re pretty close to Shyam Estate, which makes us easy to spot if you’re driving along the highway. Being so close to the main road is helpful for getting materials in and out. The site is a mix of a workshop and a small storage area. We handle a lot of the heavier engineering tasks for the textile industry here. It can get pretty loud with the highway traffic and the machines running at the same time, but you get used to it. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll just see someone working on a piece of equipment. We prefer it that way. It’s a no-nonsense environment. We focus on the technical side of things, making sure the gears and motors are doing what they’re supposed to do. The people who work here have a lot of experience with textile plants. We don't spend money on glossy brochures. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here for years and people know where to find us. It’s a dusty, busy, and hardworking place. We take our work seriously but we don't feel the need to be formal about it. It’s just how we operate. We just get it done.
