Bhakti Traders

Bhakti Traders is on the first floor of Royal Chambers, which is Plot No-2 right by the Gheekanta Crossing. Relief Road is always packed with people and shops, so it’s a lively place to be. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. It’s a bit of a walk up the stairs, but we don’t mind. Our space is filled with samples and stock, so there isn't much room to move around sometimes. We spend a lot of time talking to traders who come through the crossing. It’s a very central location, which helps us stay connected to what’s happening in the market. The building itself is older, but it has character. We have a few desks and a small area for coffee. We don’t have a website or a big social media presence; we mostly just talk to people face-to-face. That's the way we’ve always done it. It’s about building a reputation over time. We know most of the other shop owners on this floor. Sometimes the noise from the street is loud, but you get used to it. We just focus on our orders and making sure the inventory is right. It’s a simple business model, and it works for us. We’re just regular people trying to run a shop in a busy part of town. We don't need any fancy tools to get the work finished. We just show up and start the day.
