Aruna Export Fabriics LLP operates out of Shed No. 8 in the Mukeshkumar Sudeshkumar Compound. We are located right opposite Kumar Cotton and near Ambuja Synthetics, which are big names in this part of Ahmedabad. Our shed is behind the Narol Court, so the location is quite specific and tucked away in the industrial heart of Narol. Working in a shed means it can get quite warm during the summer months, but it’s the best place for handling the fabrics we export. There is always a lot of loading and unloading going on in the compound. You can hear the sounds of machinery and trucks from morning until night. We have been here for several years now, and we are used to the industrial pace of life in Narol. Our setup is very basic—just the space we need for the fabric rolls and a small area for the desk work. We don't use any fancy language to describe ourselves; we are just people who know the textile business and work hard at it. Most of our day is spent checking the quality of the fabrics and making sure the bales are packed correctly for their long journeys. It’s a dusty, busy environment, but it’s where we belong. We know the other folks in the compound, and there is a sense of mutual respect among the businesses here. We usually close up late in the evening once the last truck has been sent off.
