Ajit Lace Industries

Ajit Lace Industries is found right near the police chowkey over in Saijpur Bogha. Having the chowkey so close makes it very easy to give people directions when they are coming to visit us for the first time. We have been in this same spot for a lot of years now, and the building is starting to show its age, but it still serves its purpose well. Making lace takes a lot of patience because you have to keep a constant eye on the threads so they don't get all knotted up. Our machines have a rhythmic sound that you can hear even if you are standing out on the street. Saijpur Bogha is a loud and dusty area, but once you step inside our doors, it is all about the work at hand. We try to keep the spools organized, though by the end of a busy week, things usually look a bit chaotic on the shelves. The tea man comes around twice a day, which is something we all look forward to. We don't really bother with advertising or marketing stuff; most of our customers know we are here because we have been part of the neighborhood for so long. It is a simple setup with no frills. We focus on getting the lace right and keeping the bobbins moving. It's just what we do every day.
