A- One Engineering

We’ve been here at 71/2, Phase-1 in the GIDC area for a while now, right near the new telephone exchange. It’s a busy spot but we like it. At A- One Engineering, we mostly just focus on getting the work done right the first time so people don't have to keep coming back for the same thing. Usually, you’ll find a few of us in the workshop dealing with whatever job came in that morning. It’s not fancy here, just a lot of metal and tools. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything like that. Most of the folks who drop by are regulars from around the neighborhood or other businesses in the Gidc who know where we are. If you’re looking for the shop, just head toward the telephone exchange and you’ll see us. The place can get a bit dusty and loud with the machines running all day, but that is just how it goes in engineering. We try to keep things simple. No big talk, just fixing what needs fixing and making parts as they're ordered. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, other times we are just heads down on a lathe or welding something together. We’ve seen the area change over the years, but we’re still right here in Phase-1. If you need something handled, you can just stop in and ask for us.
