A. S. Engineers

A. S. Engineers is over in Phase-2 of the GIDC in Vatva, specifically at Plot No. 514. It’s a pretty standard engineering shop. We’ve got our tools, our benches, and our machines all set up to handle whatever jobs come through. The neighborhood is full of similar setups, so it’s a very industrial atmosphere. We don’t have a big reception area or anyone to greet you at the door. Usually, you’ll just find us out on the floor working on something. We handle a lot of different metal parts and repairs. Sometimes we’re making something brand new from a sketch, and other times we’re just fixing a piece of equipment that broke down. It’s honest work. The walls are a bit stained from years of use, and the floor has seen better days, but that’s just how a working shop looks. We don’t try to make it look like something it’s not. We’ve been at this for several years now. We know the locals and the other business owners nearby. If you need something turned on a lathe or welded together, we can usually manage it. We just take it one job at a time. It’s not complicated, just requires some patience and the right tools for the metal. Most people who come here have been referred by someone else in the GIDC area. We don't spend money on ads or sales people because the work usually speaks for itself.
