The office is out here on Survey Block No.212/2, right on what they call A Innovative Road. If you’re coming down the Sarkhej Bavla Highway, you have to look for the Matoda Patia area. We are tucked right behind the Intas Pharma Unit-II. It can be a bit dusty with all the trucks passing by on the highway, but it’s a busy spot. A Innovative Food Products Llp is basically just a bunch of us working in this industrial stretch. Most mornings start with the sound of engines and people unloading stuff. It’s not the quietest place to work, but you get used to the rhythm of the highway. We have a small space where we manage everything. The sun hits the front of the building pretty hard in the morning. Inside, it’s mostly desks and stacks of files. We don’t really do fancy meetings; we just talk over the desks or while standing near the water cooler. Sometimes the power flutters, and we have to wait for the backup to kick in. Lunch is usually brought from home and eaten together when there’s a gap in the work. It’s a practical setup, nothing more than what we need to get through the daily list. We see a lot of people coming and going because of the other units nearby. It’s an honest day’s work in a part of town that never really stops moving.
